FAQ's
Great question! As is industry standard, I ultimately retain the copyright to the images. This just means that you are able to use them for yourself, your business & your marketing in any way you wish! You just aren’t allowed to reproduce them for a product that sells for profit without consulting me first (example: cards sold individually with a detail shot I took for your business).
It just depends on how much content you want to generate or how many different aspects of your business you want to showcase. The majority of clients book me for 1.5 - 2 hours at a time.
For branding, heck yes. You have to still generally vibe with my style as I can’t completely change how I operate without the work suffering. However, if you need less contrast/brighter images, etc. those are easy adjustments! I want to make sure the images we get are consistent and match your brand colors/vibe perfectly. Every package comes with one editing revision, generally discussed after you receive your previews.
First off, I promise you will NOT suck in front of the camera. Almost everyone thinks they will be awkward, but that’s truly rare.
I give as much or as little direction as needed to get great, natural looking shots of you. Trust me, it’ll be a lot more fun than you think.
I am super happy to work with all kinds of businesses, though most of my experience thus far has been with women-owned businesses, especially in the vein of holistic healers.
A TON. People these days are extremely visual, and it takes generally around 7 seconds for someone to decide whether or not they want to stay on a website. Images are one way to grab and keep attention. Don’t let your potential clients slip away because of crappy visuals.
